Estimate requests

If you use the estimate form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, market, service, project description, and page that brought you to the form. We use this information to send your request to a participating tree service provider for the market you selected, so they can contact you about the work.

Who receives the request

The participating provider handling that market receives your submitted information. We may change providers over time; a new provider only receives requests submitted while they handle that market. We do not post your request publicly.

Spam protection and site data

The form uses a hidden bot field, submission timing, same-site checks, and rate limiting. Cloudflare Turnstile may also be enabled. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site. If call tracking or analytics is enabled, this notice will be updated to describe that processing before launch.

Retention and questions

Submitted contact details are sent by email and are not stored in a separate website customer database. The website retains a limited operational event record—such as request ID, market, service, originating page, time, and delivery result—for up to 90 days. The event record does not include the visitor’s name, email address, phone number, or project message. Email and hosting providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.
